Even-Liu was our account representative, and she was amazing, assisting us through every step of the process. Despite the time difference in our locations (11 hours), she helped us navigate through some unusual circumstances with invoicing and payments and was available to help whenever we needed assistance. This has been a pleasurable transaction! We will definitely contact this company and Even-Liu again when we need more grooming equipment.
